Oh yeah, Mick wasn't a huge fan of Gram. However, Gram saw the need to up the stage presence quotient of the Burritos and started wearing more fancy get-ups (scarves, occasional eye make-up)and working stage moves into their act. Chris Hillman commented to this effect in the new Parsons documentary, "Fallen Angel." I definitely want to read those books you reccomended, too. Thanks, Don!

I thought Gram was pals with Keef and Mick hated him...Did the Stones not rip all of the country stuff right from Gram?
